VPS questions
Are backups included?
You can take snapshots from the control panel before making changes, which makes it easy to roll back. For automatic nightly backups kept away from your server, choose managed VPS.
Can I run Windows?
VPS plans are Linux only at the moment. If you need Windows Server, tell us what you are running and we will let you know the options.
Can I install a control panel like cPanel or Plesk?
Yes. With root access you can install any control panel you hold a licence for. VPS 8 or larger is a sensible starting point for most panels.
What happens if I use all my bandwidth?
Only outgoing traffic counts towards your allowance. If you are heading over it, we get in touch first so there are no surprises on your bill.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your billing portal at any time. Your server stays live until the end of the month you have already paid for, which gives you time to move your data.
