How billing works.
Monthly by card
Plans are billed monthly in advance by card. Invoices and receipts are emailed to you and are always available in your billing portal.
Invoice for larger orders
Ordering several servers, or prefer to pay annually? We can bill by invoice with payment by bank transfer. Ask our sales team.
Upgrades
Move to a bigger plan at any time. You pay the difference for the rest of the month, then the new price from your next bill.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like from your billing portal. Your server stays live to the end of the month you have paid for.
Bandwidth
Only outgoing traffic counts towards your allowance. If you are heading over it, we get in touch before anything is charged.
Pricing questions
Are there setup fees?
No. The first month is the only payment taken when you order. Moving an existing site onto managed VPS is quoted separately before any work starts.
Is VAT added on top?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get extra IP addresses?
Yes, when there is a technical need for them. Get in touch and tell us what they are for.
Do you offer custom specifications?
Yes. If you need more memory or storage than our largest plan, or several servers working together, send us your requirements for a quote.
Buying for a team or a client?
We can quote several servers together and bill by invoice.
